I'm on the Growth Engineering Acquisition team at Property Finder, one of the biggest real estate marketplaces in the Middle East. My focus is SEO, performance, and shipping features that drive user acquisition.

SEO and performance
I own the SEO and performance work across the core website:
- API optimization: Restructured how CMS content gets fetched and served, cutting response time from 500ms to 5ms on the endpoints that matter most for SEO
- Page speed: Found and fixed render-blocking resources, optimized image delivery, and added progressive loading. Search pages load 33% faster now
- Stakeholder work: Partnered with 5+ external teams to get their applications' SEO in line with our strategy
UGC feature
Led the development of our User-Generated Content feature from initial design through to production. Took it from early product discussions and technical design, through implementation, to launch. This was a ground-up effort covering the content pipeline, moderation system, and frontend display.
Impact on the business
The SEO work contributed to record results for the company. In the CEO's own words:

Team
I own the technical roadmap for both backend and frontend within a 5-person team. I also mentor 2 junior engineers on React, TypeScript, and performance patterns.
